“very pleasantly surprised”

very memorable short 5 day break but we had a holiday experience that felt a good deal longer. the hotel (particularly the staff) were exceptional, the rooms were very smart, contemporary and very clean, the bathroom was that smart in appearance and size that I am considering copying the room at home! nothing was too much trouble if you asked the staff, they remembered you and asked about your day etc., very impressed. restaurants and bars in the hotel were of equal high standard
we were fully inclusive and nothing was scrimped on the food choice and quality was excellent and the beverages were above average in choice and freely available
can not fault the hotel or the resort or the experience
the one thing that raised an eyebrow on arrival was the wait for the transfer bus, it was about an hour late and was an older slightly musty vehicle, however..... the return transfer was a newish fully air conditioned mini bus with a very friendly, helpful, informative driver, made up for the initial disappointment
the staff at Fleetway were exceptional, took time to tailor our holiday requests and "did exactly what they said on the tin" well done Fleetway, I have been in operational management for most of my business life (now retired) but I was impressed with the whole experience
will be using Fleetwood again
