I was contacted by SBS on behalf of the NFU insurance company after suffering a theft from my shed. The claim was dealt with within two days of contacting my insurer. SBS rang me in the afternoon and after a few simple questions and establishing the exact models of the equipment stolen they e-mailed me by the end of the working day with an offer of the same models (new) as replacements.
