I have used Cell Unlocker twice now in spite of being rather skeptical about these kinds of services. In the first case an unlock code was sent within 24 hours and worked perfectly. In the second case there were some issues generating an unlock code, however I was kept up to date as to the nature of the delay without having to initially complain or make any inquiries. The code was ultimately provided within 72 hours and worked perfectly.

Cell Unlocker also follows up to ensure that the codes provided worked and seems to stand by their service. They are also very upfront about the nature of the service being provided, the limitations and refund policies.

I see no reason to use any other service to unlock my phones in the future.
