“Where do I begin? OUTSTANDING!”

I can honestly say that this is the best experience I've had buying jewellery.

After trawling mainstream, commercialised jewellers, I could not find the ring that I wanted anywhere...until I found the family run, Lloyds jewellers.

The ring was for a really important event, and he managed to get me the perfect ring custom made and he
was so quick to respond to my (endless) emails. I handed him a difficult challenge of custom making a ring and delivering it on an incredibly tight schedule! He managed to do everything spot on, within budget and the ring is just flawless.

As I'm not great at estimates, I also had to get the ring downsized once the deed had been done - again he was quick to respond and got this sorted at a really reasonable cost considering the intricacy of the resize.

Thanks again for your increidble service, Lloyds - you are truly outstanding.
