“Professional yet friendly service”

We spoke to two contacts at New homes group the lady who took care of our application going backwards and forwards with our lender and helping us obtain all the relevant information was amazing! Every time she called it was like speaking to a friend and she went above and beyond for us every day. Always calling back when she promised to and finally today giving us the amazing news we needed. We've been offered our mortgage! We are so looking forward to our new home and I cannot thank our contact enough for sorting this for us. We will always use New homes group and I hope the next time we need to use the we speak to the lady we have been :) thank you so much for everything you've done. Now to start packing....!
