“Absolutely shocking!! ”

The worst service I have ever experienced.
Ordered a mattress over a week ago and was told allow five days for delivery, didn't receive so called Wowcher, they informed me to allow seven days.
Allowed seven working days still not mattress have phoned and contacted merchant.
Have been repeatedly fobbed off by both with no one able to provide delivery details.
Have requested a refund only to be fobbed off again.
Will be requesting a refund again tomorrow and will not take no as an answer.
Never ever use this company unless you want to waste your time being ripped off
