Bought a 3m x 2m garden parasol and 25kg base. They arrived within three days. The base was slightly damaged and a partial refund was agreed and issued equally promptly.
Well done on great customer service!
The parasol seems sturdy and well made although tha pockets holding the spokes are a bit shallow and the spokes tend to slip out when putting it up, not a big problem just need to be aware and slip them back in.
The base is good and heavy as is needed for the size of the parasol.
