“Absolutely brilliant”

I stumbled across your website whilst looking for a late holiday due to being let down by another company and i can't believe how helpful all your staff are especially KATHIG, nothing was too much trouble for her. It was the end of the day and she must have been getting ready to go home but you wouldn't have known she took the details of our requirements and said she'd call me back when she'd had a look. I was only waiting for about 5 minutes before I was called back and she had sorted everything out for us and took time to explain all the details, even offering to do our online flight check in for us if we wanted. She is a credit to the company and went the extra mile giving fantastic customer service. I will recommend holiday gems to friends and family booking their next holidays and will definitely book again with you. Many many thanks
