“Sunshine Holidays made everything so straightforward”

Unable to get availability for my chosen hotel through a larger travel agent chain, I came across Sunshine Holidays by chance through Googling the hotel name. I got the flights I wanted and the hotel I wanted at a great price. The only thing I couldn't choose was the type of room but personally that wasn't a problem at all at this particular hotel.

From the start of the process, the communication was great. Regular reminders of countdown til the holiday, and once it had all been paid for and confirmed, a really useful itinerary was emailed through.

Everything went as smoothly as was possible and one great feature, which the aforementioned travel chain don't do, was offer the option to take the final payment automatically from the card used for the deposit. Such a simple but such a useful thing to offer. No diary entries to remind me to pay. Great!

I would definitely use Sunshine again and recommend it to others.
