“Really dropped the ball...”

Having researched online, I chose Oponeo (who I have used before in the past) as they seemed slightly more competitive for the specific tyres I wanted.

Ordering was easy and I had the usual confirmation emails etc.

A few days later, the tyres arrived, 2 x 2 packages delivered by 2 different carriers at 2 different times (perhaps the tyres were from different places) Anyway, first set of tyres arrived were filthy, discoloured (all grey), didn't have any labels on them. I can't quite work out why they would be grey? Second lot arrived, again, no labels, and this time the wrong specification of tyre. I doubled checked the order, and it was correct. It as a mistake at dispatch. Comms have been sluggish, I have a car I cannot use and I have to wait a week, get the tyres collected and wait until they arrive back before they will do anything - refund or exchange.

All in all, they have been a disaster. I will not be using this company again.
