“Absolute disgrace”

Used fox and sons as a mgt company for one of our buy to lets. They are awful. They do not return calls. The staff in south sea keep changing and they do not communicate. What's worse is they allowed our tenants to simply hand the keys in mid contract and abandon our property. Truely awful. If I could rate zero stars I would. Now because of their incompetence we are £4K out of pocket and no one cares
