“Great service from start to finish”

I originally wanted to get a new gaming laptop and so went through the easy to use builder online and put together what I thought was a good build. The laptop was built and delivered to me in around about 6 days which I thought was very good. Unfortunately seeing as I didn't really know the first thing about what I was doing the laptop I made wasn't good enough to play most new games on. When I contacted them and explained the issue they was brilliant with me. They explained the different options I could take to make a gaming pc that was cheaper than my original order but a lot more powerful. Then they arranged for my laptop to be collected from my house and fully refunded so that I could buy the newly designed gaming pc. My new pc was built and delivered in the space of 5 days and I absolutely love it. Every staff member I spoke to was very helpful and all of them went out of their way to ensure that I had the least amount of disruption between returning my old order and receiving my new one. This is such a good company that I will definitely be using again when it's time to upgrade my pc.
