Ordered bunk bed and two mattresses. Told at least two month wait which was fine but a couple of weeks later had an e mail around six at night saying delivery the following day which was no good. Phoned at 9am to say no good as working. Arranged another date and waited in. No delivery! Rang to be told bed damaged. Why were we not told they were not delivering? Waited a few more weeks then told a Saturday delivery. Altered to a Monday. Bed delivered but no mattresses. Rang again and told mattresses on the way. They did not turn up. Phoned again and was told would make enquires and phone me back. No phone call. Another call and cancelled mattress order. All calls took at least twenty minutes to get through. The last was forty five minutes. Under no illusion that i was lied to more than once to get me off the phone. Customer service does not exist at this place
