What a disgraceful service. Tried to speak with someone yesterday a.m and was kept hanging on for 45 minutes and still no human response.
Tried chat line who advised that they could not get anyone to talk to me!!
Eventually got through to someone and cancelled my contract (at a price)
Today I am told I owe more money as my direct debit has not gone through!!
Repeat performance of yesterday. Hanging on for ages to actually talk to someone.
Instead of spending millions on TV advertising PLUS NET should invest in more staff so customers can received a reasonable service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE LOADS OF TIME TO WASTE
