“Graduate Sales Role”

Went to a graduate sales assessment day through BMS. The day went well and I got through all stages. At the end of they day they suggested a role which I had not applied for. I explained I would rather try for one of the 2 roles I had actually applied for through them; however, if this was not possible I was open to trying for the company they suggested. The next day I was emailed the details of the role they suggested and asked if I would like to continue with the process. I replied on the day, but have heard nothing in response from my recruiter. I have since emailed again and rung on numerous occasions and been told that she would phone me the day after etc.. but never have been. I'm not sure the positions they advertise are actually real either; the same job advertisements with the exact same description, title and region often pop up. All seems like a bit of a waste of time if i'm honest.
