They told me I had full coverage for the car. When I got to the car hire place, they said the tyres were not covered and that I needed to pay an additional £100 as it would cost me £1400 to get the tyre changed. I contacted Rentals.com but they showed no interest in helping but did admit the tyres were not covered! How is that FULL coverage! Very disappointed and won't use them again.
