Personal and friendly, as well as efficient and effective - I can see why the MSSC has chosen you as a preferred supplier.
The product was of very good quality and compared very favourably in price with other similar products I had already researched.
Delivery from time of enquiry was very, very fast, even though I'd enquired after a product not included in your normal product range on your website.
I'll admit that I had no choice but to use you, but can state that if I'd had the choice, would almost certainly have chosen to order from you anyway!
The only negative? Three e-mails since delivery four days ago asking to promote your involvement in our event, share via social media and provide feedback is a little over the top.
As samll price to pay, though, for excellent service. Thank you.
