“bad customer service”

Passed A1 bike test today, called Hastings direct to inform them I now have full license and told not only would my premium do up but they would have to charge£25 for 'admin' on online only documents. Disgusting price and poor customer service. When documents were emailed over they were also wrong, claiming id changed vehicle registration and still excluding me from pillion passengers, another premium rate call and 10mins on hold later to be told that I had to request pillion passenger and that would be more money, and that they won't change the registration but that's the button they press to justify the £25 charge. I won't use them next year even if its the cheapest. Stay clear.
