“What a Joke”

Car insurance

This company has a total lack of communication, we were asked to send documents in which we did. We then get warning letters that our policy is going to be cancelled as we have not sent the documents, which we did. we rang them to see what was going on, they said they could not open one of the attachments that's why we received the letters, are we mind readers??? we had an acknowledgement that they had received our e-mail, why did they not contact us to say there was a problem with opening one of the attachments.


Due to agent error they had the wrong no claims bonus on the account, we were then asked for proof of no claims, we didn't have this as we have no claims, it took 4 separate calls before they realised their error.

we were then told that we owed an outstanding amount of £72 because of the no claims error, this was paid immediately and an acknowledgement of the amount was sent via e-mail. On checking my account they have taken £169. I have now rang them for the 7th time to be told their system is down and can I call back in a couple of hours.

To sum up to many departments dealing with same account with total lack of communication

Total lack of communication with the customer!!!

Please Please tell me how did this company obtain a 5 Star Defaqto rating???????
