The price and pre-sales service were very good but the whole experience of buying a new bike was ruined when I got home and found the front wheel flat with a puncture in my boot. This isn't a major problem but it leaves a sour taste when I know the shop knew about it before I handed the money over: they were inflating the wheel when I arrived and gave me some twaddle about it needing extra air. If they'd just acknowledged the problem and offered me a spare tube that would have been fine but I don't like being deceived, however minor the deception.
