I paid for collection to deliver a parcel I sold on eBay I paid extra insurance THREE DAYS I waited for a collection when I phoned the driver cannot be contacted I was told the driver had called but no answer I was home all day I had swept my shifts around waiting for collection, I gave up phoneing the rpeople answering the phone did not want to carry on with my conversation as I was annoyed they disconnected me,
So I had enough stories that the driver would come and collect their hours of work 8am to 8pm,
I got in a taxi and dropped it of local drop off
I also paid for insurance incase breakage when I received an e-mail from my seller I was informed that the parcel had been left outside where anyone could have stolen it and that the bulbs had been broken so I informed Hermes who 12 hours later informed me that insurance don't cover glass so what is the idea of haveing insurance thay also said they would reamburse my collection for the driver not collecting I have not received no payment this day you should not have to put up with this service no help from them
