“Awful camper, terrible service”

Rented a camper from this company for Glastonbury last week. Dirty, pet hairs, damaged and missing equipment, no fire blanket, no CO detector, no fire or smoke detector, fire extinguisher 4 years old and never tested. No suitable equipment for collecting and re-filling fresh water or draining dirty water. Mattress's thin cheap nasty and unbearable. No collection or return paperwork issued even after repeated request (you sign a tablet computer screen without being shown the contents!), They "misread" the fuel guage now trying to charge me £1.50 per L a and a £45 service fee for 18L of fuel but when I returned it it had 5 L more than when I collected it! We have to wait 28 WORKING DAYS to find out if they have applied any charges against our deposit and maybe we will get our deposit back £1250.. maybe.
Read terms and conditions very carefully!! £75 each and every time you exceed 70mph? They won't talk on the phone about complaints just refer you to an email address. Also called Motorholme, Cambridge Campers, Hire booking centre and probably other names. Don't touch with a very long pole.
