Sent a good as new iPhone 6 Plus in then got a email back from them sayin volume button was damaged so they were only offering £45 rather than the £130. Phone was in perfect workin order before I sent away. I asked to show me evidence of the problem with pictures but they couldn't so asked if I would like it sent back I just took the money as I would have to get it repaired witch would be more money and then send it away again not worth the hassle wish I just sold it in the shop.
