The plan is affordable. I unfortunately had to make several claims as my cat developed 2 medical conditions, one of which will need regular treatment for the rest off her life, the other may be cured. The claims process is very smooth. The claim form is easy to find online, the telephone number for queries about claims worked surprisingly smoothly, the vet can make the claim for you and the insurer can pay the vet direct which means that you don't have to be out of pocket. My only comment would be that there are limits on the cover which I would not expect in a platimun service. For example, my cat needs prescription food in order to keep her well and there is a limit of 4 weeks on prescription food under the policy. Overall I am very pleased with how easy everything is with Argos.
