We ordered flowers for a friends wedding. I made the order and paid online. After a week the flowers never turned up so I used a good company called Moonpig who delivered the next day.
I contacted Appleyard ( after lots of trouble )and they said they could find "no proof" of an order. Ten days later I get an email from them saying would you like to send more flowers ? , so they did have my details after all.
With all bad companies it is almost impossible to contact them or speak to anyone which should always ring alarm bells. Other reviews have said that if the flower do turn up many are dead and look terrible.
