I thought that I had got it all right when I put my house on the market with a recommended estate agent but I didn't bargain for William H Brown being part of our very small chain. They are inefficient and incompetent and when they don't know the answer to a question they either lie to you or do not phone you back and they just do not care. They and their dedicated conveyancers have caused me so much stress and so far have delayed our move by 1 month and the end is still not in sight. The whole chain is now considering going into the branch en-masse to find out when we can actually move.
