What can I say ??? I had read numerous reviews about after service and though no everything would be ok . How wrong was I ???
I hired a motor home in April for my wife , 2 young children and Mum to travel to Scotland for a nice long weekend
We were all so excited and couldn't wait to get in the home , we arrived at the Birmingham site and alarm bells started ringing with the state of the area the vans are kept but gave the benefit of the doubt and left our car there as planned and set off in a lovely van . We had the most amazing time and wanted to keep it forever
However when we dropped it back thins started going wrong and this is where my warning one from about this company
They have on site facilities (toilets ) for customers to use in the lock up and my 8 year old was desperate to go . When we looked in at them they were totally unhygienic with diarrhoea everywhere so we asked the last checking us out if she could use the van . This was agreed and all good and she washed her hands we signed the form and off we were home
30 days later no refund of the deposit had been received , so I got on the phone to be told there was a problem and the van wasn't checked out correctly they would have it IPA be get our refund over ASAP another 5 days past and still nothing so I chased again to be told that I would wouldn't be receiving any money as the toilet was left with stuff in and the grey waste also. They charged us £150 for this after it being agree it was ok
Trust me this company is a joke and a no go for anyone
