“excellent service”

I felt the service was professionally run, the staff that I interacted with were courteous, polite and friendly. thank you to the person I dealt with and the driver.

The only downside was the overall valuation fell below the market value but was better than the company's competitors I had tried. furthermore, I felt that this company valued my integrity as their customer since they were happy to guarantee the online price they had valued my car for. In contrast another company seemed to deliberately devalue my car even after making a very low offer- claiming all manner of excuses such as the car had been resprayed yet clearly not.

The reality is that selling your car through companies such as this means you reduce the stress of selling privately but you do not get full market value for your car. its a worthwhile trade off and I would do it again.

Excellent service to both the guys I dealt with keep it up and thank you.
