Been waiting over a month now despite two e-mails to them. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an online retailer. It's truly mind boggling how this company is still in business. I was taken in by their nice website - I should have checked the numerous negative reviews I have since read about this firm - never again. PLEASE give this company a wide berth or you will surely regret it.
