“spot on service and quick to act”

I was booking a berlin hotel which became unavailable.
Agoda were quick to call to rectify and offer me further discount for my inconvenience and were with me on the phone until the booking was complete and resolved.
I don't believe I have ever had service like this and I will always book through agoda because of this.
I'm so terribly apologetic that I have just forgotten the name of the agent who helped me, but know that the Ibis becoming unavailable and then looking for hotels close by and at the most reasonable price - landing on the amano... that your service and communication was outstanding.
thank you for a wonderful experience to end a very stressful evening and morning of making travel arrangements
