We renewed our AA membership in April, reducing the cover from which was held previously, and this has seemed to cause the Company to go into meltdown where we're concerned! Despite two very lengthy phone conversations and several emails we can't even get our documents and membership cards sent out to us. AA acknowledge our paid up membership, but as they can't seem to navigate their way to a post box, what chance have we got if we need them to come out to a breakdown? Green Flag or RAC for us next time.
