Moved into the new home December 2016 and snagging jobs are still not complete.
I have taken time off work ( 3 times nobody arrived) made countless phone calls, sent emails all the way up to Nhbc and have wrote letters and yet Persimmon are still making excuses for their incompetence.
I'm not a serial complainer but since moving in we have had brown staining on the walls of several rooms because the property was not dry, all of the vinyl flooring has had to be replaced, skirting boards refitted, draughty windows ....the list is endless and Persimmon couldn't care less because I am in an endless queue of dissatisfied customers.
Persimmon have completed the majority of snags (not all) but only with continual pressure from myself.
There appears to be a lack of management and trade skills and I can honestly say that for a company this big, they do not deserve the custom
