Very good customer service. The phone consultation was excellent with good customer care and when I did not have a service history but told them the condition of the car they did not lower the price because of this. I got a fair and reasonable quote over the phone (bearing in mind I was selling to trade and not privately) which was the highest of all the main high street competitors (we buy any car plus a few more). The best part of the service was that they come and collect your car on a day and location that is convenient to you. They ring an hour before they arrive, inspect the car for any damage and make sure your description was accurate. They then call you (I had my original quote honoured) they transfer the money to your account there and then and they drive the car away with the money in your account.
