Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced, lazy,rude and deceitful.
This relates to among other things fraudulent activity on my bank account that happened after i raised some points with them and asked for clarification. Since then they have deleted my customer account and are claiming to have no knowledge of my order, well i have hard copies of the 2 transactions..so they can not still deny knowledge. You need to research and read further reviews and be careful in giving bank details, it has certainly been bad for myself. I would urge anyone to seriously consider using another method. I will continue to post updates here, all statements are true,factual and will be backed up by hard copy.
