“Excellent Service at Hull”

First time I've ever had to deal with my insurance company after an incident with a lorry, they were extremely helpful and explained in detail what was going to happen and how they would fix my car (only 6 months old!!!). They picked up my car and gave me a brand new hire car, similar to my own, and kept me updated the entire time on what was happening with my own car. Excellent service they were very friendly and reassuring as I have never been in an accident and had to have my car repaired before, felt very at ease and was kept in the loop the whole time. I would definitely recommend them, couldn't be better. Thank you Nationwide!
