After the first lesson I had, the driving instructor assessed my performance and I was told I need 20-25 hours. I now have completed 20 hours and have asked how many lessons do I still need and I keep getting the same answer, "you have good days and bad days!!"Phoned Red nearly a week ago to complain as I've hardly had any practice on manuevers and I'm not sure what I still need to cover.... It turns out my driving instructor was meant to give me a personal booklet where the driving instructor ticks off the skills/areas covered. Never received anything so I'm now guessing what I need to learn...... The customer service is very poor and don't really care about your issues. I was meant to receive a call back today and have been told there is no manager in the office until Friday this week. My driving has now been put on hold until this matter is sorted...
I would honestly think twice about choosing RED as a Driving School!!!
