I recently bought a Scott RC pro jersey from Evans Cycles at 50% off the RRP.
The jersey arrived quickly but unfortunately it was not in the best condition due to having been "returned" previously.
I complained to Evans customer care department about this and they were fantastic. Another jersey was sent out along with a gift voucher to spend at an Evans store or online.
It is obvious to me now that customer care is top priority with Evans cycles.
As with any big company mistakes can be made but they will do their utmost to rectify any problems.
Cycling equipment can be ridiculously expensive in the UK, but, with such keen pricing and such excellent customer service, the Evans website will be the first place that I look to buy from in the future.
