“Disgusting service Do not buy”

I have complained 6 times this week and they are still getting in wrong , I have demanded to speak to someone in England but I can't, I have emailed 4 times and have t received a reply my product was badly damaged and I want a refund , they keep saying they are sending a replacement when I don't want one !! It has made me very distressed
