“Was able to unlock a hard-locked phone.”

Unlock code provided by carrier was wrong. After three tries, phone was hard locked. Found procedure on cellphoneunlock.net using software and usb cable to get around the hard lock. Payed for unlock code, got it within 24 hours. Followed procedure and now have unlocked phone. Happy times. Phone is Nokia e71x. (You need .net framework and Windows Installer 3.something (to get .net to install). Also Nokia PC Suite for usb drivers. But then exit out of PC Suite so the SendCode software will work.).
