Even though the payment for a BlackBerry phone was made, plus priority shipping via FedEx, the company refuses to ship the goods until I have send them a TAC code number. This is a number that gets sent to my phone through the "Verified By VISA" process, I enter it into the appropriate spot on their secure paysite, and the payment is authorized by VISA. The code in the meantime expires. I try calling, nobody there to answer the telephone. I send an e-mail explaining all this, and get an answer a day later that request that I send photo ID, and my credit card number!!!
The payment however was debited to my VISA account the next day, meaning they should also have a record that payment was made. They still won't ship unless they have this requested information, and this is, get this: For the security of the customer.
So, I'm out the money, have no phone, and nobody with whom to address this issue. What a lousy way of doing business. Never again...I wonder who submitted all the good reviews....
