Was told a price then asked for £15 for administration as everything done by computer don't no why. Then asked for another £50 that turned into £55 again administration. I never got e-ticket till 2 days b4 we went so had to pay £25 that turnd in £28 administration. After asking for paper work repeatedly never got it so it cost me £28 . Most of the people on the same holiday only paid £250 for same holiday with Hays travel so try there. By the way all my payments were with a Debenham card not credit card so be warned
