Double check sale items.
I bought a bed and luxury mattress in the sale, when it was delivered the bed had a very significant hole in it. I phoned Dreams to inform them of the fault only to be told It was not company policy to exchange sale goods for new ones and if i wanted the bed base replaced i would need to pay a further £330 .... Disgusting treatment i did not buy the base and mattress as a sub standard, damaged or faulty item therefore if it has come to me obviously factory damaged then i do thing something should be done. Customer service disgusting staff have no idea of there own policy and phone numbers for different sections dished out so that they don't have to deal with the complaint.
