This is the biggest mistake I made in switching to the post office from talk talk. The service is so slow and is always breaking up. As for the safeguard security, I ended up with viruses on my computer that I have never had before and I had to purchase my own anti virus protection.
I have been in touch with customer service about my speed and I was told that there are different grades that they can put you on, so they then said I would be put on a different grade. It turns out that it has got worse not better.
I would strongly recommend that people look elsewhere for broadband service and steer clear of the post office. You will end up being dissatisfied as I have been. Trouble is that I am now stuck with them for another 8 months. I can't leave because they say that I am getting the minimum speed but what they will not accept is that it is always breaking up during use.
