“Worst online experience. Do not buy from Made.”

Not once have they responded to an email but have the nerve to send me a 'rate my support' email. After a whole month I have not received my order and I have been fobbed off on the phone on numerous occasions. My order was sat at the warehouse for weeks, supposedly ready for despatch each time I called although after 3 weeks it was still there? I have requested a refund which I have still not received. I have tried writing to made making a formal complaint and asking for an explanation and they simply do not not reply. Totally unacceptable, appalling customer service or lack there of. A month later and I am still waiting for my money back and some sort of reply and acknowledgement as to what has been going on? I will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone else does. There are numerous awful reviews online that I wish I had seen before placing my order. If you look at the reviews on the made site they have conveniently only published the positive ones which is very suspicious.
