“Very poor customer service flight time changed by...”

First and last time I will use JET2
Just changed our flight time by 2hr 55mins meaning we now arrive at Crete at midnight.
Arrive at hotel around 2am with 2 kids who will be knackered 10 night holiday now turned into 9 days, guess what because its less than 3 hr change nothing can be done.
I even asked if they would give us complimentary meals on the outbound flight and booked seats (which costs them nothing to do) to be told we would have to pay for this.
Arrggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh very poor company customer does not come first.
