“My returns experience ”

My wife ordered a watch for my small grand daughters bithday , she wasn't happy with the colour so we returned it for a full refund . We then ordered the same watch in a different colour which my wife is happy with and hopefully my grand daughter will be too . We were kept informed every step of the way by the seller and our queries swiftly dealt with to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending a Watch Shop.
