“Excellent customer service from Cribbs Causeway Team”

Bought a Divan from Bensons 4 years ago and the mattress had collapsed on one side. Disappointed I thought I would now have to pay out for another mattress. I went to the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store and spoke to the person I dealt with who I explained what had happened. She explained I actually had a five year guarantee. She called through to head office and arranged a technician to come and see the bed. Within a week the issue had been resolved and Bensons offered me the full amount for a new bed. I again went to the Cribbs Causeway store to thank them and pick out another bed. Again the service was impeccable!
