“Atrocious,Deplorable Utterly Lamentable...That is DPD..”

I would urge both retailers and consumers to avoid like the plague having goods either collected or delivered by DPD.This organisation is totally shambolic.In my case, a driver claimed she called and no one at home on two separate occasions.Wasted hours of my time and when confronted blatantly lied about having been to our building.Appalling situation and made worse by the fact that it is impossible to contact customer services other than by email which suggests this is a deliberate tactic by this organisation.Judging by the numerous complaints on social media, this site and other Reviewers, it does not surprise me that they will not take calls, as it is likely their entire staff would be spending the day fielding calls from furious and frustrated people waiting for their deliveries.Disorganised mismanaged chaos is my opinion of DPD.
