I usually use wiggle or chain reactions for online shopping and have never had a problem. I used Evans on this occasion as they had a sale on the helmet I wanted.

Delievery time quoted as 3 - 5 days. I'm still waiting 12 days later. Tried ringing customer services but gave up after 20 minutes wait. Tried emailing customer services but got nothing back. Eventually got through to customer services this morning to be advised that it is due for dispatch today. Is this Evans equivalent of the taxi company saying the taxi will be there in 5 minutes bud!

Life's too short to shop online at Evans!
