“Money grabbing”

I wouldn't use this company again ,their fees to manage your plan are extortionate ,I sent them written notice to cancel my agreement over a month ago ,in contract says 28 days so should be cancelled but today just recieved email asking me when I'm going to be paying them next as it is them I'm paying not the creditors as I've seen barely no difference in my balance so barely any money what I'm paying them being disbursed to creditors.going in their pockets.
They may sound nice and friendly but they do harass you quite a bit even when you have kept them up to date with things.
I've now found new company who are better plus no fees to handle my plan.
I'd steer well clear of 123 but everyone's different so your choice if stick with them.
